Past programs have included programs on mushroom foraging, honey production, and more. Call or email the library to reserve your crafting kit with everything you need to make this month’s craft! You can also request the spice of the month that includes everything in a spice mix and recipes.

Monthly Stitch Circle

Welcome to the Stitch Circle! 🪡 Join us on the Fourth Tuesday of each month from 1:30-3:30 pm to spend time with others as you work on your current crafting project. Knitting, Crocheting, Hand Sewing, Embroidery, and more are welcome. Our next meeting will be held on February 28th. No registration is required.

Movie Night: Mrs. Doubtfire

Join us for the next movie in our Movies I Wish My Kids Had Seen movie series with Mrs. Doubtfire (rated PG-13) on Wednesday, February 8th at 6 pm. Snacks will be provided! This program is for adults and families. Registration is required.

Book Group: Black Cake

The book group will be reading Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson for the meeting on Saturday, February 11th at 10 am. Registration is required.

Growing Places Market

Come shop the new Growing Places Market! Fresh local produce will be available for purchase using cash, credit, ATM, farmers market coupons, or SNAP/HIP dollars. The Market will visit the Ayer Library monthly on the second Tuesday of the month from 3 – 4 pm. No registration is required for this event.

Winter Watercolor with Heidi

Join us on Saturday, February 11th at 12 pm for watercolor painting with Heidi. We will be painting a winter scene using watercolors. This program is for all skill levels and all supplies are provided. This class is full – the waitlist is available.

Fox Felting Class via Zoom

Get cozy and create this cute fox with a scarf with Rachel Benson on Wednesday, February 15th at 6:30 pm via ZOOM. This class is full – the waitlist is available.

Friday Flicks: Jerry & Marge Go Large

Join us each month for Friday Flicks! We will be showing Jerry & Marge Go Large (PG-13) on Friday, March 3rd at 11 am. Registration is required.

Movie Night: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

Cardmaking with Becky Campaner

Join Becky Campaner on Saturday, March 11th at 12 pm for a cardmaking program. All supplies will be provided. Registration is limited and is required. Registration opens on February 16th at 9 am.
