KIDS

The Children’s Room offers daily activities, weekly storytimes, monthly programs, literacy initiatives, and a variety of materials for ages 0-12.

Did your newborn get a Baby Bag?

Thanks to the James & Christine Laggis Wood Foundation, every new baby born in Ayer receives a tote bag with free board books carefully selected by Children’s Room staff, information about Library programs and services, and a list of community resources for your family. The Ayer Town Clerk provides these bags to families picking up their birth certificates. But if you haven’t received yours yet or recently moved to the area, speak with a staff member to get set up!
